Identify?

Last saw this growing wild in Essex not Kent.

       I've got lax with keeping up here mainly because the computer has become unstable; I've been doing a lot more reading; and playing music dance tunes on the dulcimer and after listening to the Portland Megaband recordings from 2009 I have learned a new tune I like - a Swedish hymn Våvindar Friska.  Or Frisky Winds of Spring.
