Another "scorcher" today - sitting in an office with the computer humming is not the best place to be ...  unless you have a friend like this beside you of course.

Managed to escape briefly to go and see Swallows and Amazons this afternoon ... can recommend ... not true to the book, but true to its spirit and very well done..... my only criticism is that Nancy should've had plaited hair ...
