Strictly (older) Dancing!

Well our (older) dance class at the Macrobert arts centre resumed this morning after the summer break.
 
It was good to see so many old friends again and to meet new ones, including a recently retired psychologist who pointed out that our age group are really exploring new territories and setting new boundaries of what both older people can do.
 
Exciting times we live in.
 

And our dance artist is Gillian McKenzie someone who believes in stretching people and pushig boundaries. (OMG!)
