Then and Now

Machiasport, Maine, great grandfather W.C and great aunt Abbie in the summer of 1948. Gramp lived 7 more years and Aunt Abbie nearly 40 more until she left this house and his old chair to us( both house & chair now in need of some fresh paint!) We are eternally grateful.

For the Record,
This day came in bright and warm. The tide is low and the humidity high.

Sad news this morning of the death of my niece's husband's dad. He had been suffering of late, and is now at peace.
