Monsoon Rising and Mountain Disappearing.

Bandar Pooch, Landour, Mussoorie, just before the monsoon clouds boiled up from the plains, the view from a little chai shop was quite spectacular.

Extra is a tiny Black-Throated Tit hanging off tree ferns.

It is such a treat staying with our old friends especially as their daughter, who I taught for 6 years, is also staying with her parents. It's her birthday today so we are having a ladies spa afternoon and haircut. Tomorrow afternoon will be back to basics in Shivananda Ashram, just a 3 or 4 hour drive from here.
