Golden Glow

Today was much nicer that yesterday.. the wind was cool. The sun did show her golden face to warm things up a little. We never got the rain they said was coming.

It has been a busy day with so many things happening. I did get a few bargains to take over to Akaora. Today is a day of birthdays too. My sons partner and my nephews. August is a busy month for me with many birthdays.

My Grand Soleil d'Or was looking beautiful in the late afternoon light. This one is in a pot to be taken to our new house where ever that may be.
