Lunch with a pal, chat was good and positive.

Cycled to football, loads of new u9s and a really enjoyable coaching session on dribbling and step over tricks.

17s had a game on the grass with no floodlights. A joy to watch the football and how these young ladies worked hard together. As the coach I was delighted with the team tonight, the opening goal which ment so much to the scorer, confidence and composure from many and a defender netting a couple.

A lovely sunset and a bramble jungle expedition to find a lost ball which will be free till tomorrow.

Cycled home and eco daughter not well at all, looks like a throat infection.
