Made the decision to sit for ten minutes on the office roof terrace, and the sun felt Cambodian hot season strength. The wonderful familiar feeling of sweat trickling underneath the clothes. Fantastic. Apologies to colleagues for my glistening clammy skin.

A good day all told. Heat, lunch on a wall, interesting talk about Principe Island, strawberries, raspberries and plunging back into the refugee volunteering that I'd been quiet on.
