First time for everything.

Shitty fucking shit day. Those are the least offensive words I've used today. Our buyers announced that they wanted £6k off the house following the home buyer report (that they surprised us with yesterday). We had to haggle and ended up with a near falling through of the whole deal. Even our estate agent helped out by reducing his fee by £500 so we can just, barely, scale even and get this move happening.

I haven't cried so much in years.
