A funny old day...

...of nothingness really.

D woke up with a stye in his eye and could hardly see. We've not registered with a GP here yet so he went to the local health centre at 8.00am and to his astonishment was given the forms to fill in and an appointment with a GP for 9.40! If that had been our previous health centre he'd still have been waiting to be seen in about 2 weeks!

So, we can breath a sigh of relief because we're all registered now! :))

Marion has been here to spend the day with Alan so they're off out on a long walk at the moment. D is working from home and so far the sum total of my day has been putting on a washing, emptying the dishwasher, making lunch and popping into the garden to get today's blip.

I have lost my Blip mojo big time. I keep blaming the photography course but don't know why. I suspect it's more to do with how hectic life has been recently. Even on holiday though, talking photographs felt more like a chore than a pleasure. I am hoping my enthusiasm returns soon. Maybe once the schools go back I will have more time to devote to it.
