Encroaching Sweet Peas
I am a real sucker for sweet peas. I love their gentles hues, the delicate veining of the petals, the endless scoops and swirls, even the little twirls of the stalks. However, these sweet peas come courtesy of our neighbours as every year their plant manages to find its way through the crevices of our fence to blossom on our side of the fence which tends to get more sunshine than on their side. They are difficult to photograph as these delicate pinks do not look great against the orange-brown of our fence so I try to capture them against the lawn or the trees.
