In a roundabout way...

My blip shows Hyde market's traditional roundabout which has existed since 1919.
I'm not sure if it all original , I think bits may have been updated over the years.

A ride costs only 50p - you can't get much for 50p these days can you so it seems very good value.

I wonder how much it would have cost in 1919. What a treat it must have been back then.
