Tuesday .....

Walk with Lili a bit of a struggle this morning - painful left knee (must see the GP soon).

Mum looking ok - GP confirmed she had broken her nose falling out of bed but no action required - she is being encouraged to drink and eat, needing support with this, but like a child will press her lips together if she doesn't want it!

Spent longer with mum today so not able to go to WW but knew I had put on, so will try and stay focused this week.

My friend visited this afternoon, gave me these beautiful flowers and we spent a good 4 hours chatting and catching up! Could have talked longer .......

Visit to pa-in-law tonight, he is beginning to socialise more but eating is still a problem. Today he has eaten one weetabix, a jam sandwich for lunch (one round but not all eaten) and a marmite sandwich for tea (one round). He can't explain it, but he doesn't feel hungry. GP visiting tomorrow so will review. He is in reasonably good spirits, but doesn't know why people are worried about him, he said he is fine! To be continued ......... :)
