Rail and Road

After work, came home and couldn't settle. Agitated and jumpy. Grabbed my book, bag and camera I headed out for a coffee and a Panini, then into see Grandma.(looking very healthy and full of conversation).
Left hospital and knew I still couldn't go home. So took a drive, and ended up in S Queensferry. Sat and watched the sky change and the lights get brighter.
Home via Sainsbury's for tomorrows lunch(can't be bothered making my own).
Have been home a bit and am feeling the build up again. Time for a diazepam and hopefully some sleep.
