A wind casualty

The winds over the weekend wreaked havoc with some of my (excessively) tall cosmos, so that two or three stems had broken away. However, there are plenty left and I brought the broken stems in to enjoy in the house. They are such cheerful and lighthearted flowers!
Popped into M&S this morning - well, the bus took me almost to the door! It was fairly quiet, being a Monday morning, so a good chance for a browse - and a large cup of coffee which was technically a "small" !!
