Food

This evening I'm having a cooking fest. I need to fill my deep freeze because I find that during term time I struggle to get time to cook after school and visiting.

So far I've made pumpkin & chickpea curry; lentil chilli; veggie chilli; lentil stew; peach purree (J rescues crateloads of fruit from shops that's going to be chucked and we stew it - yum!)

It's been hot today, back into the 40s but thankfully the electricity has been amazing.
