A site of tragedy

Two men died recently when their boat hit a structure, seen here in the background, at high speed. Since then the structure (and at least one similar  nearby) has  been marked with the yellow stick so it can be spotted more easily. People  had placed candles on the shore near the place of accident to share theri condolences.
