Fast flowing water

Went to Fellside nr Caldbeck for a walk this afternoon.  For a change I took a different path to the usual one which I hadn't been on for many years.  I think it will be many years before I go along it again.  Had forgotten how wet and boggy it is and I got very wet feet.  Think I need to waterproof the boots.  I had planned to do a circular route but when I got to the beck in today's blip where I thought I needed to turn, it all looked so different, there were new fences and trees  everywhere and I wasn't sure of the exact route I wanted, so retraced my steps back through the wet and bog!
