Been there, done that......

......dropped In on the beach this morning to snap a photo with the trusty iPad hoping to get a chance to load it before I headed out to a Focus club night after work. Unfortunately no time, one of manic Monday's.

Any rate, just home from club, good night, competition results and a video tutorial on light painting, something we are doing on our next club night next month. Managed two honours and a acceptance, pretty pleased. We also showed some of the images from our flash workshop on Sunday (yesterday's blip). Pleased you enjoyed them and thanks for all the nice things said and received.

Very lacking in sleep, but so enjoying the Olympics . Thrilled for Andy Murray , how awesome that was. We are hoping (and fingers crossed) for Valerie Adams in the shot put over night, she is many times world champ and Olympic gold medalist from Beijing. Nick Willis in 1500 meters tomorrow morning is another one, possibly not gold. And then the hockey girls are doing well.

I did have to snigger this morning when listening to the radio......some wag is renaming the lovely Gold Coast ..... Now the Bronze Coast!!!! Sorry, many of the northern hemisphere won't catch on to this one....I will leave it at that.
