Worst customer service award goes to...
SAS at Manchester Airport!
Left for airport at 7:30am
Flight cancelled
Took 3.5 hours to get rebooked onto a later flight - absolute chaos
Received a very generous "refreshment voucher" for £6 which wasn't even enough to get a sandwich and a drink...
Replacement flight was 7.5 hours later so spent all day at the airport
New flight was late 40 minutes
Train to Helsingborg was also late
Finally checked into hotel at 23:30
Not once did anyone apologise
Who said traveling was fun!???
So glad I had 3 colleagues to share the experience with and keep each other's spirits up!
Hope our return journey on Thursday is not quite so eventful...
