Down the Lyne Valley

A 130km bike ride as I have the Tour O' the Borders next week, and I haven't done a long bike ride in July. Bit breezy with sunny spells. Not too bad. Occasional spot of rain.

My usual route out via Penicuik to West Linton and Rommanobridge before heading east to Peebles and Innerleithen. From Innerleithen up along the B709 / B7007 to Middleton, and then Gladhouse, Carrington and Roslin Glen.

Home for a late lunch, then down to Morningside for charity shop browsing before heading for coffee and cake.
