Ruin on the shore

Mike was off in his boat again, and spied a Risso's Dolphin.  It obligingly porpoised out of the water and he was able to see the whole of it, including its tail flukes. Lucky man - I have only ever seen a dead one.  Sod's law meant he didn't have his camera with him!  Hey ho!

At low water Ollie and I walked round the shore and out onto a spit of land which is very close to the channel where Peridot is anchored.  It meant Mike and I could almost talk to each other, except neither of us have 100% hearing anymore!  Lots of waving and gesticulating!  This old ruined shed is on the shore.  I've blipped it before but there is a lot less of it now.  The beach round about it is littered with good, square cut stone from the walls.

Thanks for all the kind comments on the tomatoes - you'll be pleased to know they taste delicious!
