Back Blip - Forest Fires and The Canadair CL-215

It was a weird bike ride.  I am usually alone and to myself to collect my thoughts... today was different.  Several days of forest fires have brought in the Canadair and helicopter support.  The first 2 minutes into my ride and the Canadair buzzed the beach boardwalk... that can be scary as hell when you're not expecting it!  Depending on the wind direction, he will come in straight, the shortest flight path, just over the coast.  After the first clip, I decided to stop and wait for him to come back.  That cycle lasted the entire ride up the mountain - every 5 minutes he was back over top of me!  I stopped a bunch of times for photos and never got into a rhythm.  Instead I was just tired and nervous.  I rode back down the front of the mountain and then ran into the helicoper working another fire.   geez....
