Tired!!

Pippa had been playing ball with B and she never knows when to stop.
 
A gym session this morning, the first for weeks, since before I tweaked my back. The Sports Centre is being renovated, so lots of changes with things being moved about. Many of the machines in the gym have been changed, so finding what I needed was a bit of a challenge. I did a limited amount of work so as not risk any problems with my back.
   
I’ve included a picture in extras of B’s car. On the day that I went to Hampton Court B dropped me off at the station and on the way home an idiot ran into the side of his car whilst trying to cut across two lanes to exit a roundabout. No one was hurt, only shaken and very annoyed. Fortunately, B has cameras in the front and back of the car. White van man can lie as much as he likes, but the evidence is there and the insurance company have a copy. I’m only blipping it now that the repair arrangements have been made.
