Dooneen

After three days of solid rain and gales, what a relief to see a bit of sunshine and warmth. We'd both been feeling a bit grim too, something Himself may have picked up on his way home from Scotland, but that too is passing. A quick trip into Bantry for a B12 injection then we dropped everything and headed west to Dooneen. How could you not but feel inspired and fortunate at a place like this. There are two men in this picture - you might have to biggify to see them. One is climbing the rocks, the other looks like he's about to have a paddle in the water but I think he was going in for a close up! Magnums were taken on the way home.
And another blipper is in town - blipmeet tomorrow so hope the weather holds.
