Not sitting on the fence

I posted THIS PHOTO 18 months ago saying how we had nice neighbours and the fence would be sorted out by the Summer.

Well it never happened!
The neighbours, who seemed nice, disappeared.
Not literally but we rarely saw them and their garden, and the fence, got worse.
Then, just over a year after they bought the house they sold it again.
The new neighbours (dare I say it again) seem nice and told us they would sort out the garden and the fence.
They have been working hard out there and today the garden was completely gutted, most of the fence taken down, and fence panels have been delivered.

Probably too late for a good Summer snap (we had loads of Roses that have now gone) but hopefully someday soon I can put up a photo of our garden that isn't spoiled by an eyesore next door
