Paper Weight

I tried to make this photo a learning experience by using different light, backgrounds, etc.  I chose this one even with the flash dot in the middle, because I liked the clarity of the design inside the paper weight.  The slight reds are from the woven coaster it is sitting on.  I took about 20 shots, but my lesson is not over.  Sorry for  the delay in some of my comments.  I have enjoyed valuable extended time with my 10 year-old grandson over the weekend.  He is such a joy and blessing in my life.
