THE NORTH SEA

A sad reminder this weekend of the power of the North sea.
One of my favorite subjects but one I always treat with respect.
Sometimes I think our attempts to eradicate risk has led to society
losing the ability to perceive a hazard and calculate the risk factor.

The extras are taken on a Sunday earlier in the year and show the power of the sea on a glorious sunny day. A lady is being photographed by her boyfriend with the sea as a backdrop! She made it back to the esplanade, Just!
