Lincoln 1940's Style

Had a day out in Lincoln today. An early start so first stop was breakfast in the Wig and Mitre. After that a stroll around the town with a spot of shopping.

We also headed down to Brayford Wharf where there was a 1940's festival going on. Everyone was dressed in traditional clothes and there was some dancing in the street.

I am off to Spain tomorrow to visit my parents so apologies if I don't get to comment on everyone's journal. I will do my best to catch up.
