New Forest ponies

Had breakfast in our hotel, checked out, and drove back towards Beaulieu for another quick look at the lovely New Forest scenery.  We pulled over at a parking spot (called 'Pig Bush,' heehee), and I wandered over (keeping a respectful distance) to get some shots of these ponies.  There was a young one lying motionless on the ground - I honestly thought it was dead at first, but it turned out just to be very sleepy (see extra of it attempting to sit up and stay awake!)

Tim drove us home, and, after getting stuck in a load of traffic coming off the M25, we got home early afternoon.  Didn't do much else all day, but had a nice relaxing afternoon and evening.
