Waiting Patiently.......

..... in the grounds of Gawsworth Old Hall for a concert by the Pasadena Roof Orchestra.   
This afternoon we visited Macclesfield General Hospital to see Julia, Sam and our beautiful grand-daughter - Alice Olivia.    (Hopefully, J and A will be allowed home on Tuesday).     
During our late afternoon walk through the village of Gawsworth, we saw that people were already seated on the lawns of the Old Hall and numerous others were arriving, armed with chairs, tables and picnic baskets., etc., in readiness for the evening performance.   The weather was mild - and dry - and I do hope it manages to stay fine throughout the evening.
