Drove to Oban on Friday night, arriving 11pm. 
Ferry to to Coll 07:15 on Saturday. 
Coll Half-Marathon at 2pm (first male veteran!)
Ferry to Oban 8pm
Drove to Edinburgh, arriving 1:30 am.

We last visited Coll in a gale in 2013 to support Mrs AB in the half-marathon. This time we both ran, and the weather was a whole lot better with balmy temperatures and blue skies. As ever, it was a fantastic event, very well organised and marshalled with a friendly island welcome for all. Calmac had changed their timetable to offer a return on the Saturday evening - we felt like party-poopers leaving the island and missing the after-race ceilidh.
