Long rest today, need the record very time. It was alovely day yesterday even though the cricket did not work out well. Rain had been threatened all day so was great to get the whole game in.

Got home around midnight and decided to stay up and watch Mo Farah win. What a privilege to see such a great athlete at the top of his game. But as a result slept in until lunchtime but feel rested.

Buying some new equipment tomorrow looking for a new camera lens with much longer zoom so I can take to the nature reserves and get some proper close ups. Bit costly but will I hope prove worth it.

Then check up Tuesday and immediately off to Sacrborough for four days. Hope the rain stays away as off to watch cricket but love the area so will be happy to explore if it rains.
