A bite of summer

Yes, a mosquito! But what very long legs & a tiny head. I've been bitten more by horse flys this time round, not at all by these, so saying that, tomorrow morning, I'll probably be covered in bites! It's sitting on a teasel flower, just coming out. Best viewed larger.
