Philosophising

A day of high powered brain-work.  This woman - Julie Arliss - has again challenged the 120 or so junior students who travelled here from around (and just outside) our region to engage brains at higher levels of thinking, to work with people they didn't know and to engage with learning that was new to them.  Feedback so far is very positive, though one or two did find the lecture style challenging (which is a good thing I think!).

I hope we get to host her again next year - it would be great to be able to grow the event and for it to become a 'regular' part of our extension programmes.
