All Things Lemon

I have been a domestic goddess today by making lemon honey or lemon curd (it seems to be know by both names) and baking a lemon slice.  Last weekend we were given a bucket full  of lemons.  I also managed to watch the athletics from the Olympics.  Great to see Nick Willis come through for a bronze in the 1500m.  The lemon theme will be continued with lemon juice on the snapper for tea and probably a slice in my gin.
