The finished cake

It REALLY has been a non-stop day and Martin and I are exhausted. Don't think I've had a day like today in absolutely aaaaages!

Started at 7:30am making icing for the cake and assembling it. Then had worship practice for tomorrow. We have a new drummer, yay!

Then headed out to Tung Chung with the cake to attend the baby shower for young friend Christie. She loved her cake, which I was super pleased about.

Left the shower early to head home as we had guests for dinner, which Martin prepared. I came home to make the dessert. Goodness it's been busy, but we still enjoyed our guests immensely.

Long day, but enjoyable too!
