Crash

"There you go way too fast, don't slow down you're gonna..."

The irony being that I wasn't even going fast (jaybroek , back me up on this one!) . So, a bit of road rash from the ride this morning, a little sore tomorrow no doubt after crashing at the bottom of Roslin Glen just near the start of the ride. A little bruised then but certainly not battered and a pretty great ride followed that little misadventure. 50+ miles of ups and downs and whatnot in the Midlothian countryside including a fair few roads that I've never been on before. Always good to go somewhere new whilst still keeping some vague semblance of where you actually are geographically-speaking.
