Long Tailed Tit (Aegithalos caudatus)

Started experimenting with the D800 and the Sigma 500mm lens. Struggling with light hence the iso5000. This is a rare visitor to our garden so decided to blip him (her?) despite better images of more common birds being available. This is a big crop but even so I have 2639x2639 pixels to work with. Amazing.

ISO 5000 but the noise is still well controlled. How quickly are the sensor developments improving!
