Orzo

My local fruit & veg shop in Burntisland offers a "soup bag" occasionally. (It might be every week, but I only notice occasionally.)

The bag contains the recipe and all the ingredients. I've found his recipes to be idiot proof in the past.

I was in there yesterday to buy fresh veg (to go with the fresh scallops and herring I was making for lunch) and bought one.

Made the soup this morning. Delicious. Orzo - the pasta which looks like rice - with spinach and lemon.
