RBS pain

Last week I went into the Penicuik branch of RBS with my passport and council tax bill to 'prove' I existed. The credit card department (who had asked for this existential verification) haven't received the paperwork via their internal mail bag (I imagine an RBS tribe of Oompa-Loompas - chaotic, crazy and clandestine).

And Penicuik branch, when asked, have no recollection of me ever visiting. So, this time I took a photo of Lewis, the teller who photocopied my paperwork. There are no flies on me.
