Calendar
Struggling to find motivation still for exercise (and in reality, just often to motivate myself to do anything) and ended up with a bit of an ear bashing from the Personal Trainer.
Decided I should properly plan in exercise time into the calendar. By the way I have discovered a great planning app, Remember the Milk.
This was a good plan, but it took an airport run to go awry and the whole schedule fell apart. Must try harder.
Incidentally, lunch at The George was nice, catching up with my friend.
