Best Friends Forever

Today was a sad day because Dolly and her mum were supposed to be leaving. Why? Why can't they just stay here? I don't get it. We had to wait for a phone call from the vet though. By the time she called and said the test results were OK, it was nearly noon and Dolly's mum and my mum decided they'd better stay another day. Yay!!!

We celebrated this with fika on the balcony, coffee and cinnamon buns. We love cinnamon buns, me and Dolly! And our mums! Then Dolly's mum said Let's go on an outing! So we went back to the outdoor museum, where we met for the very first time two weeks ago. What a great thing to do on our final day together!

It was cloudy but not raining when we got there. We walked the streets and our mums went into shops one at a time to have a look. Then the rain started to pour down. We were just outside a café and retreated to a small veranda. The humans agreed it was teatime! Cups of tea were enjoyed, with four different cakes/cookies! Our mums are crazy!

When the rain and some thunder had cleared up, we went for the same forest walkie as we did when we first met. Oh Dolly! I am going to miss you SO much! And our mums will miss each other too.

We ended the evening by sharing the very last of the Lickin' Liver ice cream and licking each other's bowls.
