Isle de Batz

What a way to celebrate thirty years of marriage! Even if it is not a conventional celebration.

We took a ferry across to the Isle de Batz on a beautifully sunny day. This was the first day we had orienteered and although there was probably more hard surfaces than we would have liked, we enjoyed our runs. Even more surprisingly I discovered that I had won my class.

Following a paddle and ice cream it was time to catch the ferry back.
