Choppy waters

Don't think this guy will be doing much fishing today - the water was far too rough!

Just watched Jade Jones get through to the final of the women's taekwondo - go Jade! (Although the final is at 2 am tomorrow morning so will have to watch the repeat tomorrow!)

How amazing are Team GB?! Really enjoyed watching the cycling, then the amazing Brownlee brothers getting Gold and Silver in the triathlon, the girls getting gold in the sailing, Nicola Adams through to the flyweight final... plus many other amazing achievements!
