The Running Man

Jeff goes for a run most lunchtimes, rain, hail, sleet and on the odd occasion ..........sun!

When asked why he isn't running in Rio he says he missed the boat, the train and the plane!

He can clock up to 7 miles on his lunchtime run, which coincidentally is the distance back to his house, funny that he's never to be found after 1.30pm ;-)
