Jetty

well that's John's name for this walkway, he spent Monday and Tuesday adding the far end, rounding it all off nicely. He even threatened to look for a mini Calmac ferry for the pond, going toooo far in my opinion. This morning was glorious at 8.00, so good to sit by the pond (in need of attention) with a cup of 'hot water' feeling relaxed and content. The birds were busy and I did some flitting shots on manual but the results are not good.

We get ideas of doing summery things during these sunny spells and start thinking about exotic plants, garden furniture, tables, chairs or a bench however common sense prevailed and only a small folding table has been ordered, like a card table without the green top. It will be useful for the back garden and all manner of things given time to make them up ....
