Snoozing

It took me forever to work out what this tiny buglet was.  By the wings, I thought it was a grasshopper nymph but it didn't look like any I found on the web.  I couldn't really have discovered a new species hitherto unknown to man.

Then - there was a light bulb moment when I realised that it really was a baby hopper,. but it had its head looking down having a snooze in the early morning sunshine.  We are seeing it from the top.

Silly me.
