'Pale and interesting'

Another very warm day..but we are told it's going to break. It had better not! We have our week in Hampshire starting on Saturday....last year we had constant rain which rather threw our plans off course.

At last I have had my diagnostic Physiotherapy appointment re my hip....only to be told that I have good flexibility (THANKYOU Yoga) and dancing...and to just keep moving. He asked me if I could balance on one leg..I said 'I can do the Tree..yoga pose....proceeded to do it and he roared with laughter and said 'Get out of here'. A very lovely man. The intense pain I had in March, April, May he thinks was an attack of inflammatory disease. It's a relief to know that all is well...slight Arthritis in the hip. So KEEP DANCING! Which I did this evening!

My photo is a bit pale.....and the Butterfly was also looking washed out......I don't sunbathe ..prefer to stay 'pale and interesting '
