Peaky

This is one of the best looking lemon meringue pies in Melbourne with its ridiculous peaks of meringue, but NEVER buy a piece! Unless they have sharpened their game since the first (and last) time I tried this pie, the meringue has sugar crystals in it (fail) and the filling is uber sweet having been made with sweetened condensed milk (ugh). Admire from a distance!
